“Tremble On Me” Out Now!

Will Dailey’s new single, “Tremble On Me” is out now. This is the sixth and final single from his album Boys Talking, available exclusively on Dailey’s website and Bandcamp in vinyl, cassette, CD, and digital formats and also available at every show, making each one its own album release party. The full album will not be released on streaming platforms until the end of the album cycle. 

The songs that make up Boys Talking reflect upon men trying to communicate, and “Tremble On Me” is the centerpiece that dives headfirst into that theme. “It’s a song about a friend I lost to suicide. Within a lifetime of friendship he was also the person that, had I released this album in a traditional way, would have sent a dissertation on the album the morning of its release because he listened thoroughly at midnight. I suppose by releasing the album in this weird way I avoid not getting that text for the first time. All of us are always finding new ways to move forward with grief and challenges. I get to navigate with music and then share it with others on their journey.  It’s simple and it’s vital and that is why I’m protecting this album and process so much.”

The vibrant track echoes sounds of the past while always keeping that mysterious feeling of leaning forward that Dailey embodies so well. It was recorded in one take with everyone in the room together as a five-piece with principal bandmates Dave Brophy, Cody Nilsen, Jeremy Moses Curtis, and James Rohr.
